Hospitality and Tourism Students Host International Cuisine Day
April 14, 2016Hot Springs, Arkansas 鈥 The 黑料福利社 (NPC) Hospitality and Tourism program hosted an International Cuisine reception yesterday. Students were tasked with creating a dish from their assigned country and served it to guests. Participants and their assignments included: Madison Louden 鈥 Italy 鈥 Tiramisu; Jamie Durfee 鈥 Iran 鈥 Pomegrate Walnut Stew; Ana Alegria 鈥 Greece 鈥 Fasaloda; Katherine Olis 鈥 Indonesia 鈥 Chicken Satay; Bobbie Sebren 鈥 Sweden 鈥 Swedish Meatballs; Kelly Barnes 鈥 Ireland 鈥 Cheesy Potatoes; Carl Seaman 鈥 US 鈥 Burgers; Kimberly Sampson 鈥 Belgium 鈥 Waffles.
